Vice President of Accounting
Financial Additions is seeking a senior finance and accounting leader to oversee accounting and financial strategy for a diversified, privately held organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to ensure strong financial governance and accurate reporting while supporting long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Lead all core accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and tax coordination
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Establish and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and compliance practices
Provide financial insight and analysis to support executive decision-making
Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting and finance team
Track and analyze KPIs to improve financial and operational performance
Support capital initiatives, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions as needed
Qualification
Required
Senior-level accounting and finance leadership experience
Strong technical accounting knowledge and strategic financial acumen
Proven ability to partner with executives and lead teams in a complex environment
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
