Responsibilities

AI Use-Case Intake & Prioritization
Run structured intake with business stakeholders; translate needs into clear problem statements, constraints (PII/PHI/confidential), and success metrics
Maintain a prioritized enablement roadmap of AI solutions (e.g., CustomGPTs, prompt libraries, SOP-driven workflows)
AI Solution Delivery
Own a consistent delivery lifecycle that turns ideas into safe, usable AI workflows:
Define the problem and constraints
Prototype an initial AI solution (e.g., CustomGPT / prompt pattern / guided workflow)
Assess gaps (quality, tone, completeness, reliability, edge cases)
Add automated checks (rubrics, structured validation, evaluations)
Recommend human-in-the-loop controls and SOPs where required (review gates, escalation paths)
SOP Development & Best Practices
Build, configure, and maintain CustomGPTs and prompt patterns aligned to Crisis24 standards (tone, formatting, escalation language)
Create “gold standard” examples, do/don’t patterns, and reusable prompt modules (by function/use-case)
Partner with Engineering/Product when solutions require deeper system integration (handoff specifications, requirements, acceptance tests)
Quality, Evaluation, and Reliability
Implement QA standards: rubric-based scoring, sampling plans, regression checks, and release/version control for prompts/workflows
Reduce common failures (hallucinations, missing fields, inconsistent tone, incomplete outputs) via structured checks and iterative refinement
Enablement, Training, and Change Management
Deliver training programs: onboarding sessions, office hours, workshops, quick-reference guides, and SOPs
Build an internal champions network and a feedback loop to capture friction, refine solutions, and drive sustained adoption
Governance & Responsible AI
Implement practical guardrails for data handling, privacy, and access; ensure teams understand what is/ isn’t permitted in AI workflows
Coordinate with Security/Compliance/Legal as needed on policy-aligned usage and incident reporting pathways
Measurement & Executive Reporting
Track adoption and impact metrics (usage, cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, user satisfaction)
Provide concise reporting to leadership: what shipped, what changed, what impact, what risk controls are in place

Required

5+ years of demonstrated experience building and enabling AI-assisted workflows (CustomGPTs, prompt frameworks, guided SOPs)
Strong writing/editing discipline and the ability to standardize outputs across multiple teams
Training, enablement, and documentation experience (SOPs, playbooks, curriculum)
Excellent stakeholder management; able to translate between business needs and AI capabilities
Strong quality mindset: rubrics, sampling, validation checks, and iterative improvement
High judgment in security-sensitive contexts; understands operational risk and the cost of “wrong” outputs
Undergraduate degree in relevant field (either domain-focused, e.g., Intelligence, International Relations, or similar - or technical/AI-centric degree)

Preferred

Masters in field related to Crisis24 services (e.g., Masters in Intelligence or Public Health)
Experience in intelligence, security operations, risk, crisis response, medical assistance, or other high-stakes domains
Familiarity with responsible AI practices and practical governance controls
