TRIUMPH is looking for a Technician, Assembly Test 2 to join their team. The role involves assembling basic actuators, accumulators, and valves, as well as performing tests on assembled parts according to customer specifications and regulations.

Responsibilities

Can assemble basic actuators, accumulators & valves
Also performs tests of assembled parts per specifications determined by customer or mandated regulations by performing the following duties
Measures parts to determine specified tolerance
Positions and aligns parts
Bolts, screws, parts together
Disassembles and replaces parts as required
Tests functional performance of assembly
Performs all specific detailed tests required for stress, tolerances and other factors as determined by work order
Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies
Marks identifying information on parts

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 4 -6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
