Responsibilities

Must bring in a strong book of business with local clientele

On-site role with local travel to meet clients and build relationships

Role is primarily business development with limited estimating responsibilities

Looking for a mix of business development and light estimating, with a strong focus on relationship building

Must be comfortable guiding customers through the insurance process

Ideal candidate will serve as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients

Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred

Someone who is highly tech-forward

Very autonomous role-company provides a laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and a monthly stipend to manage your territory independently

Open to candidates bringing relationships from any source-all relationships are commission-eligible

Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self-starter mentality are essential
