Responsibilities

Learn manufacturing processes as assigned to create improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost

Lead nonconforming product resolution to include creating containment action plans and root cause corrective action activities including COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) metrics

Participate in customer reviews of quality concerns, discussions, and presentations; and internal meetings related to quality issues

Develop understanding of customer quality notes to enable review of quotes and purchase orders for requirements

Compile, audit and approve audit product compliance documentation, including EIDP (End Item Data Package), FAI (First Article Inspection), source inspection materials, etc

Lead corrective actions, including changes to procedures to ensure completeness and currency

Lead smaller-scope internal audits to ensure compliance with processes and procedures

Qualification

Required

No experience is required. OR (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree

Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered
