Responsibilities

Curious to learn NetApp’s operating model and commercial objectives and how they translate into the need for efficient, standardized, scalable business processes, organizational structures, and operations
Assist in documenting current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
Support workshops and meetings to gather requirements and capture feedback
Help analyze data and process flows to identify inefficiencies or gaps
Collaborate with team members to design future-state processes under guidance
Contribute to the development of process documentation and training materials
Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to support implementation activities
Track and report on project milestones and process performance metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with Go-to-Market processes such as Opportunity Management or Deal Registration
Exposure to enterprise systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud or PRM platforms
Basic understanding of agile delivery frameworks and project coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
