Provides a safe and professional environment when patients first enter our centers

Greeted and assisted in a positive and welcoming way

Responsible for patient admission and discharge processes

Preparing network reports

Reviewing and submitting monthly billing

Facilitating payroll

Orienting new employees

Maintaining employee records

Maintaining office supplies and office machines in the center

Responsible for maintaining patient medical records as mandated in the medical records, privacy, and emergency policies

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required

One (1) year of administrative experience is required

Preferred

AA or AS degree preferred

Two (2) years preferred
