SoFi is a next-generation financial services company and national bank focused on transforming personal finance. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruiting team by managing interview schedules, updating candidate records, and ensuring a seamless interview experience for candidates.

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews for the recruiting team, including high volume group interviews, informing both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule

Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems

Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers

Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication

Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems

Track and report on interview numbers

Run reports on recruiting activity in recruiting systems

Provide a white glove experience for each of our candidates, and ensure the interview experience is seamless

Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process

Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete

Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes

Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
