Design, implement, and maintain solutions in the Big Data ecosystem
Integrate various tools and technologies, optimize platform performance, and provide technical recommendations
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience within the Market Data Space across global markets
Deep expertise in Cloudera Hadoop and its ecosystem, including HDFS, YARN, Spark, Impala, and Ranger
Knowledge of Iceberg and Object Storage (S3, Ozone)
Strong Knowledge of Docker, Containers, and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration
Strong Python development skills for automation, development and integration with frameworks like FastMCP, FastAPI, GUNICORN
Proficiency in Python packages such as Spacy, numpy, Pandas, Polars
Intermediate to advanced Linux/Unix Knowledge, including bash/shell scripting
Demonstrable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including analyzing error messages and deriving
Preferred
Expertise in collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing large datasets, with a focus on building scalable and flexible data architectures
Great organizational and communication skills
Ability to deliver in a demanding environment
Ability to work closely with senior technologists
