New Grad, Entry LevelVector Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join their team. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, handling billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely billing for customers.

Responsibilities
Generate and send out invoices to customers
Review and verify accuracy of billing data and invoices
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
Follow up with customers on overdue payments
Update customer files with issued invoices and payments
Assist with month-end closing activities
Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
