Providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions

High school education or equivalent is required

Preferred

Preferred knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check

Customer service experience preferred
