Release Train Engineer

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and other key SAFe ceremonies
Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and trust
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset
Track and communicate ART progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
Drive relentless improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops and actionable feedback loops
Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and delivery standards
Manage risks, escalate issues, and support effective decision-making
Champion the use of metrics for continuous improvement
Coordinate with Product Management, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders for road-map alignment
Support the development and growth of Scrum Masters and team members

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for the organization
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and support team members
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of professional experience and education
Solid background utilizing an Agile framework (e.g., Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, SAFe) in software development
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and lean thinking
Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Experience in the finance industry
