Action Behavior Centers is a company dedicated to providing ABA therapy for children with autism. They are seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate who will manage administrative functions, support client communications, and embody the company's core values.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources

Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families

You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them

Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

Required

Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
