Responsibilities
Process high-volume invoices for corporate and four distribution centers, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain vendor records, including W-9s, payment terms, and contact information
Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and operations teams to verify pricing, quantities, and approvals
Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and AP aging reports
Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills
High level of accuracy
Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple locations
Experience in processing high-volume invoices
Ability to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Experience in maintaining vendor records, including W-9s, payment terms, and contact information
Ability to prepare weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
