Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Translate divisional goals into quarterly priorities and the supporting sales execution strategies. Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance sales effectiveness through data-driven insights
Business Insights: Leverage a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership
Operational Excellence: Provide essential support to the broader sales enablement org & sales teams including book of business qualification/building, product/reporting training, and CRM hygiene

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations and /or digital advertising industry
Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills
Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
