Support monthly goal setting & retros
Help run hiring processes
Support the leadership team in one-off analyses
Assist with customer & user research
Work closely with sales
Represent Rejigg externally
General sales & operations support

Qualification
Required
Based in Chicago and able to work in-person with the team 4-5 days a week at our River North office
Willingness to travel 1–2 times/month for 2–3 nights at a time
Comfort with ambiguity and change
Strong generalist / project support skills
Very basic familiarity with SQL
Clear written and verbal communication
Preferred
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or another analytical, project-driven role
Background as a search fund entrepreneur or exposure to SMB acquisitions
Prior experience in a sales operations, or revenue operations role
Experience in a startup, marketplace, or other fast-growth environment
