Responsibilities

Oversee procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership

Ensure compliance with company policies, FAR, and DFARS requirements

Evaluate bids and proposals

Identify and resolve subcontract issues

Develop mutually acceptable solutions

Responsible for managing all subcontracts with suppliers for products and services needed throughout project life cycles; Engage with internal program office/contracts group and support Program Managers on subcontractor cost, performance, and schedule matters; Administer existing subcontracts and maintain subcontract records; Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting subcontracts; Communicate regularly with subcontractors and address performance issues; Evaluate bids and proposals for compliance with company policies and program requirements; Lead in the evaluation of proposals; Execute quickreact requirements identified by the program team; Respond to data calls and support audit activities
