Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery of an Enterprise IT Managed Services RFP
Requirements gathering across:
Service Desk
End-User Computing
Server & Storage
Database Management
CMDB
Definition of SLAs, KPIs, escalation models, and service credits
Development of pricing models and on-site staffing frameworks
Stakeholder workshops, executive reviews, and vendor engagement
Vendor Q&A, proposal evaluation, scoring, and selection support
Executive-level recommendations and decision support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience (enterprise IT preferred)
Proven experience delivering IT managed services RFPs
Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
PMP certification (required)
Experience in enterprise or public-sector environments
Preferred
ServiceNow certification (CSA, CIS, etc.)
ITIL certification
Experience with large-scale IT outsourcing or managed services transitions
Vendor management and contract negotiation background
