Inside Sales Representative- IP&E
Arrow Components is a Fortune 500 company seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage sales of interconnect passive electromechanical components in a defined territory. The role involves building customer relationships, servicing clients, and generating profitable sales on existing accounts.

Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationships
Servicing the customer
Quotation and closure on business
Customer strategy and action planning
Territory and account planning
Support value-added and supply chain engagements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Interconnect passive electromechanical component experience
The ability to build influential relationships
Strong communication, negotiating and organization skills
Strong customer service and sales skills
The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results
PC Skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
Preferred
College degree, preferred
Arrow system experience a plus
