Responsibilities

Filling high-pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical, and Mixes) using the compression temperature/pressure method

Operate and maintain equipment safely for pumping and repackaging gases into cylinders

Conduct all necessary pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before releasing cylinders

Ensure proper cylinder maintenance, removing from service any cylinders requiring repair until corrected

Regularly inspect and maintain pumping apparatus, pressure gauges, and monitoring devices

Fill cylinders or containers to the correct pressure or weight

Accurately maintain cylinder filling records and adhere to all required procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations
