Family

Responsibilities

Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery
Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans
Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients

Qualification

BCBA CertificationMaster's in ABAPsychologyApplied Behavior AnalysisCommunication SkillsCollaboration Skills

Required

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams
