They are seeking a Business Development Associate to strengthen and expand their referral network by maintaining relationships with referral partners and ensuring effective communication.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with current referral partners and keep them informed about staff updates and program enhancements

Proactively re-engage past referral sources who haven’t referred recently and work to rebuild trust and collaboration

Support the admissions team by connecting them with referral sources in a timely, professional manner

Ensure consistent communication between counselors and referral sources throughout a client's stay

Help coordinate aftercare referrals and connect clients to higher levels of care when needed

Serve as a point of contact for assigned territories and ensure regional relationships are well maintained

Remain knowledgeable and compliant with all relevant federal, state, and accreditation regulations

Qualification

Health care business developmentMarketing experienceChemical dependency knowledgeRelationship managementOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A.) from a four-year accredited college or university

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results

Knowledge of chemical dependency treatment principles
