Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, unfair business practices, antitrust matters, employment-related claims, insurance disputes, and fraud

Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

Conduct discovery, including document review and evidence development

Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Negotiate settlements and advise clients on cost-effective dispute resolution strategies
