Responsibilities
Develop a detailed knowledge of each Sales Coordinator's responsibilities to ensure phone and catering inquiries are routed to the appropriate representative
Support Sales Coordinators by gathering event information from the client when they are unavailable to talk to the client
Answering phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a clean work environment at all times
Complete 72-hour calls to all clients who have scheduled events with Rave! to discuss the details and ensure that the information that we have is accurate, and communicate needed changes with the Sales Team
Deliver updated Banquet Event Orders to the Executive Chefs and Purchasing Specialist as needed for events within 72 hours
Remain in compliance with Rave! Catering to student employee policies and expectations at all times
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and team members
Ability to work with a team
Must attend mandatory student employee orientation and training sessions
