Responsibilities

Support brand storytelling and content development by interviewing experts across the organization and writing engaging articles for internal and external use

Develop written content that may be published throughout the year across owned channels and social media platforms

Contribute to the development of an owned media strategy outlining how content is created, distributed, and amplified

Support internal communications program development, including needs assessments, research into best practices, and collaboration with People & Culture teams

Assist with establishing and executing internal communication channels such as employee newsletters, surveys, and all-company meeting enhancements

Support digital asset creation and management, including helping to establish a digital asset management (DAM) system

Populate and organize digital assets such as photography, videography, and design files

Coordinate and, where applicable, directly support photography, videography, audio, or podcasting projects

Collaborate with leaders and teams across multiple functions and sites to gather insights and content

Required

Currently enrolled student at an accredited university or college, with at least one year completed toward a degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline

Strong interest in journalism, communications, digital media, social media, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills at the university level

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
