Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects—scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and MSPs to achieve project outcomes
Manage risks, dependencies, and changes proactively
Provide clear communication on project progress, milestones, and results
Facilitate sprint planning, “stand-ups”, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Maintain and prioritize a backlog of business and technical enhancements
Define and align sprint goals with business priorities to ensure delivery of incremental value
Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for technology-driven improvement
Gather, analyze, and document requirements quickly and clearly
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to capture insights
Conduct gap analyses and propose practical process improvements
Translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications
Validate solutions to ensure they align with business expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced certification a plus)
5+ years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis, ideally in a high-growth or private equity–backed environment
ERP project management experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio (experience with reporting/visualization tools preferred)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to influence across technical and non-technical teams
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred
Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CSM, or PMI-ACP preferred
