Responsibilities

Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design

Create high level design artifacts

Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module

Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty

Manage project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and reports

Present status and report to executive leadership

Address problems through risk management and contingency planning and present solutions and/or options to executive management

Possess strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques

Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication

Required

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sunnyvale, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience

Preferred

At least 7+yrs of experience Technical Lead Consultant in RDK Broadband

Experience in Embedded domain with broadband CPE device background is mandatory

Experience as program manager for large programs involving Dev, QA and Release teams across multiple locations

Capability to drive large programs from end to end starting from reference platform development to product launch

Well versed with Agile processes

Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and reports. Present status and report to executive leadership

Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management

Must possess strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
