Responsibilities
Responsible for engineering, integration and delivery of the Prime Air drone vehicle system
Design and development of hardware systems of the drone
Platform level systems integration
Lead teams of top-notch mechanical, electrical, software and systems engineers to deliver high quality, aerospace grade product
Developing an integrated product development plan
Leading a team of senior engineering managers and technical program managers to execute to it
Qualification
Required
10+ years of engineering team management experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience in system-level integration
12+ years of engineering experience related to aerospace product design and certification
Preferred
Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
Experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross-functional team
Experience leading an Aircraft Integration program or team
