Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
Lead project teams with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
Foster strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years in commercial construction project management, with direct experience in K-12 schools or healthcare facilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction science field
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems in institutional projects
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Demonstrated success in delivering projects exceeding $20M in value
Familiarity with Washington State building codes and permitting processes
LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
