You'll review Phase I and Phase II environmental reports, which teaches you to spot technical red flags that financial analysts miss. This makes you more valuable on due diligence teams

You'll draft environmental provisions in purchase agreements and negotiate indemnification language, which builds your drafting skills on high-stakes clauses that can shift millions in liability. Strong drafting on complex provisions positions you for partnership consideration
