Responsibilities
Review and process journal entry requests from a shared mailbox; ensure timely and accurate posting
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Execute standard and recurring journal entries as part of the month-end close process
Provide high-level customer service to internal teams across the organization
Download and distribute monthly financial reports to management
Assist with ad hoc projects and provide support during audits, including gathering required documentation
Communicate proactively with management regarding workload and deadlines
Offer administrative support for the accounting/dealer management system (CDK)
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Solid understanding of general accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively across departments
Excellent time management and organizational skills, especially in high-volume and fast-paced environments
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
