We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, responsible for overseeing installation and configuration tasks as well as managing up to 12 direct reports.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for specific tasks including, but not limited to: Installation and configuration of Linux and Windows HW platforms from the OS up to the C2BMC developed applications, documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps in documentation to be delivered to the customer

You will be responsible for supervisory duties including up to 12 direct reports

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Experience in the integration of separate software components into a single system

Experience with Linux and Windows system administration including installing and configuring systems from the OS level up

Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. (with SCI eligibility)

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Familiarity with Java

Experience working with Missile Defense Agency. Previous experience on the C2BMC Program
