Responsibilities

Strategy Execution: Deepen and execute comprehensive social media strategies defined by the Strategy Lead
Native Content Creation: Craft engaging, high-converting English copy and scripts for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. Ensure all content reflects a "native-feel" and "Enterprise Aesthetic."
Content Calendar Management: Curate and manage the daily content calendar, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across multiple accounts
Community Leadership: Foster meaningful relationships by engaging with followers, managing comments/DMs, and strengthening the brand-customer feedback loop
Social Listening: Monitor trending topics and customer sentiment to provide actionable insights to the Strategy Lead for campaign optimization
Collaborative Production: Work closely with our Content Producer to guide the visual direction of videos/photos based on strategic hooks
Branding Integrity: Maintain high-quality branding standards and proofread all content for absolute accuracy in tone and grammar

Required

Portfolio Is Required
2+ years of social media experience specifically for U.S. DTC brands
Proven ability to craft compelling narratives
Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
Ability to take strategic direction from the Strategy Lead and visual guidance from the Creative Lead
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite) and a basic understanding of Shopify/E-commerce ecosystems is a plus
Bachelor's (Required)
Social media strategy: 2 years (Required)
