Supply Chain Intern
nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions, and they are seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support various facets of the supply management function. Responsibilities
Analyze spend and perform detailed supply market analysis for Supply Chain Management team
Lead data harmonizing efforts
Create standard reporting templates
Develop and document common processes
Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
Designs and develops specific supply chain initiatives to achieve competitive advantage and to improve responsiveness to customer demand
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or operations management
Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2026 and June 2027
Ability to complete a 12-week full-time summer internship from June-August 2026
Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Willingness to learn and to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization
Energy to listen, desire to learn and ability to be resilient and adaptable through change
Strong work ethic and personal responsibility to see things through to completion
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.)
Demonstrated leadership experience
Previous internship or related experience
