Responsibilities
Spearhead a wide array of operational tasks including (but not limited to) financial reporting, staffing & allocations, training and account support at the project and portfolio level
Support the project management team with project plans, budgets, risk / issues logs, project dashboards / management reports and change orders
Ability to work with people in the company on all levels and in various geos
Ensure that documentation uses standard / approved formats, follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed / approved prior to delivery to the client
Support key business decisions through data analysis and various reporting
Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetings
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of project management, operations or finance experience at an interactive agency or consulting firm
Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in identifying / resolving issues
Be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
