Responsibilities

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Identify and generate new business opportunities from both new and existing customer accounts
Lead complex negotiations with senior-level executives to secure business
Build strong rapport and cultivate long-term relationships with customers
Develop and maintain relationships with a select group of key accounts
Drive the successful adoption of technology solutions and services across customer bases
Grow your personal book of business through proactive outreach to cold and warm prospects
Meet and exceed daily activity targets for prospecting and customer engagement
Achieve 100% of monthly revenue goals consistently
Accurately forecast revenue and business growth
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records through CRM systems
Stay informed on evolving products and services, ensuring a deep knowledge of the company’s offerings

Qualification

Required

2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
Proficiency in CRM systems, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and expand business
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to engage clients through consistent outbound calls
Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
Background in software sales or, ideally, experience in the AEC industry
High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines and complete assignments
Comfortable sitting or standing for prolonged periods
Ability to travel between office locations, including locations with stair access
Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written
Ability to comprehend and respond effectively to colleagues and clients
Visual and auditory capability, with or without corrective devices, necessary to support interactions and project requirements
Ability to lift and carry office items weighing up to 30 pounds as needed
Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
