Locum Tenens Account Executive | Remote | $90K Base + Commission
Covelo Direct is focused on providing locum tenens staffing solutions for healthcare organizations. They are seeking a Locum Tenens Account Executive who will be responsible for opening and growing locum tenens business, building relationships with clients, and partnering with recruiters to meet coverage needs.
Responsibilities
Opening new locum tenens accounts with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems
Prospecting into facilities with ongoing or urgent provider coverage needs
Leading consultative conversations around locum tenens solutions
Partnering with recruiters to align coverage needs, timelines, and provider availability
Managing active accounts and identifying expansion opportunities
Tracking pipeline, activity, and performance using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Direct experience selling locum tenens staffing is required
Proven success opening and growing locum tenens accounts
Comfort with outbound outreach and new business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage a pipeline and follow through consistently
Preferred
Direct hire or permanent placement experience is helpful but not required
