Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Assist in the preparation for audio-visual projects, including testing equipment and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available and accounted for

Install audio-visual technology for standard and custom projects. Help manage project timelines and expectations

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during projects to ensure seamless execution

Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and engineers to align on project goals and deliverables

Represent UTG professionally when interacting with customers, upholding the company's values of service and excellence

This position is based out of our headquarters in Fishers and will require significant travel to client sites in the surrounding Indianapolis area. Occasional out-of-state travel will be required (Typically once a month or less). However, if hired to service our largest customer, travel is much more frequent with out-of-state travel being weekly

Required

3-5 Years AV Technician Experience

Crestron and Biamp Experience

Commercial Audio-Visual Installation Experience

Valid Driver's License

Willingness to Travel to Client Sites

Able to Regularly Lift 50+ Pounds

AVIXA CTS Certification (CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, or Similar)

Preferred

Other Crestron and Biamp Certifications

QSYS / QSC Certification

Bachelor's Degree

Rigging Experience

Electrical Experience

New Construction Install Experience
