Responsibilities
Supporting the paradigm shift in outpatient delivery care and help promote innovative care models
Communicating effectively with the Outpatient Care team to ensure seamless collaboration
Assisting the Networked Care team with sales initiatives, portfolio research, marketing communications, and market report creation
Conducting market segmentation analysis and data management activities to enable accurate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
Participating in team meetings, customer interactions, and project assignments
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Business, MIS, Data/Business Analytics or similar
Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Willingness to learn new software and hardware solutions
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
General understanding of outpatient care delivery trends and their impact on business growth
Basic knowledge of revenue streams in outpatient care
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Prior experience in healthcare or business environments is a plus
