Responsibilities
Assist with operational analysis, process improvement and documentation
First level support for agency investment teams for Operational systems and tools
Support process improvement and innovation efforts
Business analysis and technical writing skills required to create accurate system documentation and process maps
Understanding of marketing fundamentals, with an emphasis on emerging technologies, and digital and traditional media channels
Conduct business reviews with internal teams and external partners to identify ways to streamline or automate processes
Qualification
Required
Must be detail-oriented, capable of simultaneously handling multiple projects and assignments, and able to manage/prioritize tasks
Demonstrate background in process development and documentation
Experience working with a wide range of junior and senior stakeholders
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), Smartsheet
Experience managing process documentation and workflow design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis in the media and advertising industry
Preferred
Experience working with Media Buying and Planning tools
