Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for building and maintaining the advertising attribution system, optimizing attribution models to help the advertising platform accurately evaluate the contributions of various channels and touchpoints, thereby improving ad delivery ROI

Additionally, involved in big data-related tasks, including data desensitization, data layering, data mining, and more

Drive business breakthroughs from a technical perspective to generate greater value for the department

Required

Solid programming skills with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, excellent logical reasoning, and learning abilities

Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Java, Golang, or Python; with 3+ years of development experience in medium-to-large-scale production projects

Familiar with attribution models and the advertising ecosystem (DSP/SSP, RTB); knowledgeable about third-party attribution, self-attribution, and other attribution modes

Proficient in big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Flink, Kafka, Hive) with strong SQL skills; experience in real-time stream processing, data modeling, and ETL pipelines; familiarity with machine learning frameworks

Candidates with development experience in internet advertising systems or anti-fraud mechanisms will be prioritized
