HR Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Oversee HRIS operations, ensuring all employee, and program-related HR data is accurate and current
Serve as subject matter expert for HR applications, providing ongoing maintenance, administration, and user support
Develop and enforce data entry standards, change control processes, and governance protocols
Collaborate with HR and Shared Services teams to ensure timely and accurate data updates
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Identify and correct inconsistencies in data from multiple, sometimes fragmented sources
Create structured databases or spreadsheets from documents and records across different formats
Define and track data quality KPIs

Conduct simple to complex trending, statistical and predictive analysis to help drive HR department & business workforce objectives and inform talent decisions
Participate in and bring advanced analytical support & expertise to various HR and business initiatives related to the talent lifecycle and tailor data mining and analyses so results will be actionable and measurable
Mixing quantitative and qualitative methods, spearhead large scale analyses to identify the root cause and key drivers of talent trends
Analyze HR data, develop workforce KPI’s and create dashboards to advise of impacts to the workforce

Required

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in HCM or HR application administration (e.g., Lawson, Infor, Qualtrics)
Hands-on experience in leading talent analytics efforts for a large enterprise
Advanced experience with SQL databases, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
Expertise in turning analytical results into compelling stories which influence business direction
Experience in developing HR metrics, building dashboards, and empowering users with self-service visualization
Skilled in at least one analysis or visualization tool (Power BI, BusinessObjects, SQL)
Experience conducting regular data audits and resolving discrepancies
Proven ability to manage HR data and produce actionable analysis
Ability to work with and organize data from multiple, fragmented sources
Strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality

Preferred

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML)
Project management experience
Familiarity with data governance best practices
Experience in HR operations or data management
Knowledge of HRIS integration with other systems
Experience with R, Python, or other statistical tools
Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership teams
