Responsibilities
Complete and maintain schedules for Admin, C.N.A., Charge Nurse, Nursing Aides in Training while documenting absentee records and reprimands according to policy
Complete and maintain all Quality Assurance data and reports to QAPI committee monthly pertaining to staffing requirements
Assist LTC surveyors as needed
Work in position of charge nurse or C.N.A. when necessary
Initiate hiring process by utilizing hiring software Exact Hire, scheduling and conducting interviews and completing any other steps required by HR
Complete and submit monthly staffing reports to ADHHS
Complete and submit monthly health reports to Infection Prevention
Participate in weekend on call rotation
Qualification
Required
Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an LPN or RN in the state of Arkansas
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices and procedures
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Experience with educational requirements of state, federal, OSHA, OBRA, and ADA regulations
Must have experience in computer operations
