Coordinator, Administrative Support
Foundation for California Community Colleges is dedicated to enhancing the California Community Colleges system. They are seeking a Coordinator, Administrative Support to provide administrative support to the Office of the President and CEO, facilitating meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Provide direct, day-to-day, administrative support to the Office of the President and CEO, primarily in support of the Executive Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives
Facilitate, plan, organize, and schedule meetings, coordinating calendars and schedules for the President/CEO, Executive Chief of Staff, Executive Team, Office of the President and CEO, and FoundationCCC staff as needed. This includes preparing meeting materials, taking accurate minutes aligned with governance standards and organizational protocols, and coordinating with relevant staff to facilitate a timely document review and approval process
Implement and maintain organized systems for managing and categorizing documentation to ensure systematic organization and accessibility
Track and manage action items from meetings, and expenses for reporting, ensuring timely completion and communication with necessary stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Must reside in California
Exceptional organization, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to balance the administrative needs of the organization, the needs of employees, and legal considerations

Demonstrate a growth mindset, quickly learning new systems, processes, and organizational priorities
Practices ownership, takes accountability, and able to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision
