Responsibilities

Account Transfer Processing: Process ACAT and Non-ACAT transfer requests in compliance with regulatory and company policies, including manual and electronic reviews
Documentation Review & Quality Control: Review transfer documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring quality standards are met prior to submission
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with clients, custodians, broker dealers, and internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate asset transfers
Issue Resolution & Follow-Up: Resolve discrepancies and transfer-related issues, conduct transfer follow-up calls, and provide timely status updates to clients and stakeholders
Workflow & Volume Management: Manage high daily volumes (100–200 transfer items per day), handle ad-hoc requests, and maintain detailed records across multiple inboxes
Compliance & Audit Support: Maintain accurate records, support audit and compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to regulatory transfer standards

Required

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience in financial operations, client services, or transfer processing
Working knowledge of ACAT and Non-ACAT transfer processes and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with brokerage operations and custodial workflows
Proficiency with operational systems and shared inbox environments
