Handle a variety of workers' compensation files, including claims analysis, discovery, hearings, negotiations, and settlements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with required exposure to workers compensation matters
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma
Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
Preferred
Defense experience is preferred, transferable plaintiff-side workers compensation experience is welcome
