Responsibilities
Design, configure, and manage ITSM workflows in Ivanti Service Manager, ensuring they align with organizational processes and federal compliance requirements
Act as a technical lead on projects involving the integration and optimization of ITSM tools, providing expert guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures for ITSM processes, contributing to knowledge sharing and operational continuity
Conduct system performance analyses and implement enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability of IT services
Collaborate with various teams to ensure ITSM solutions meet business needs and enhance overall service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Eight years of technical experience in applications software development, three of which are in systems analysis, and 1 year of which is acting as technical lead., particularly Ivanti Service Manager
Extensive experience with Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager
Extensive design and administrator experience with databases, designing data schemas and structures that maintain clear referential integrity
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to pass a federal law enforcement background investigation
Preferred
Certifications in ITIL, Ivanti Service Manager, or related fields
Experience in federal government contracting environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving technology initiatives in a collaborative setting
