Change Management Lead (OCM)
Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers, and they are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead (OCM) to support a large-scale transformation initiative for IBM/Nestlé. This role requires a dedicated Organizational Change Management professional to drive adoption across multiple factory and site locations.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, including: Case for Change, Change Impact Assessment approach, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Communication Strategy, Training Strategy, Measurement and Adoption/Sustainment Strategy
Align and execute change plans in coordination with site-specific implementation plans
Partner with implementation teams to assess impacts across People, Process, and Technology
Document impacted personas and stakeholder groups
Assess change readiness and project health using Prosci PCT Assessment
Engage functional and site leadership to gather feedback and adjust plans as needed
Develop and deliver communications for St. Louis and factory-specific stakeholders
Define success criteria and track user readiness and adoption
Conduct lessons learned sessions and recommend improvements for future rollouts
Travel to St. Louis and up to 5 factory locations for key milestones and meetings
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Change Management Lead on enterprise transformation programs
Strong expertise in Organizational Change Management and digital transformation
Ability to deliver end-to-end change management (beyond communications and training)
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel as required
