Responsibilities
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports
Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice or payment inquiries
Support ad-hoc reporting and audit requests
Qualification
Required
1+ year of accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable
Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations
Working knowledge of general ledger and month-end close processes
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or non-profit environments
Exposure to fund accounting
