Responsibilities
Prepare accurate financial reports for capital projects and operating expenses (Opex)
Manage capital expenditure approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with accounting teams on journal entries, project reviews, and lease reporting
Maintain and update budgeting and forecasting models and headcount planning tools
Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Support global and regional teams in budget preparation and forecasting submissions
Monitor professional services, software licensing, and maintenance expenses
Plus other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in IT budgeting
CPA/CMA/MBA
